Vic Zaferson

Senior Staff Accountant

Vic Zaferson is one of our Senior Accountants. Born in Peru, Vic started working here in 2001 and does the bookkeeping for many of our Clients. He and his wife Donna have been married for 48 years, have two children and six grandchildren. Vic enjoys many activities including live theatre and watching Donna sing with their church choir.

Anne Blout

Senior Staff Accountant

Anne Blout arrived at Fleming & Co. as a staff accountant in 2017. She graduated from California State University, Long Beach in 1995 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. After graduation, she worked at Ernst & Young LLC for 3 ½ years in their tax consulting department. She received her Master’s in Business Taxation from Golden Gate University in 1999. In order to be home more for family, she obtained a teaching credential and taught 3rd grade for 4 years in Bellflower. Anne and her husband Eddie have 3 children and live in San Clemente.

Cindy Louter

Senior Staff Accountant

Cindy arrived at Fleming & CO. as a staff accountant in 2016. She graduated from California State University, Long Beach in 1987 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Cindy has two adult children whom she is extremely proud. Her first born, Carly is local so she can keep an eye on Jake her quarter horse. Her son, Adam lives locally and has Bailey, a black lab. She has an adorable mini Dachshund named Clutch and a feisty cat named Blu. Cindy is very involved in her church and been in South OC for over 30 years.

Deanne Malousis

Staff Accountant

Deanne began working for Fleming & Co in 2020. Her work experience includes being an administrative assistant to an Executive Vice President for a large insurance broker, a personal assistant to a real estate broker, an assistant to an insurance adjuster, and a secretarial substitute in her local school district. However, throughout her career she has found that her most fulfilling job has been being a full-time mom. Deanne and her husband Doug have been married for 37 years and have 3 adult children.

Nancy Pereira

Staff Accountant

Nancy Pereira joined Fleming & Co. in 2006, handling our AP and bookkeeping for our Clients. Nancy has three children, four grandchildren and lives in Tustin. Her hobbies include decorating and attending jazzercise classes.

Courtney Johnson

Payroll Clerk

Courtney began working for Fleming & Co. as a staff accountant in 2022. In addition to her role at this company, she is the worship leader at her church located in Fountain Valley. Prior to her current position, she was the regional manager at Dripp Coffee Bars, through which she grew an affinity for specialty coffee. Outside of her responsibilities, you can find Courtney going on hikes, finding the best food spots in OC, and spending time with her loved ones.

Erika Beckstrom

Staff Accountant

Erika joined Fleming & Co. as a staff accountant in 2022. She graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Her career started as a CPA at Arthur Andersen in their audit practice and then the Corporate Restructuring practice. Her next role was working internationally as a financial consultant managing projects transitioning organizations to more robust accounting systems. Since that time, she has held various accounting and finance positions for nonprofit organizations in the US and overseas. Erika has enjoyed being involved with international mission organizations for many years.
