Office Management

Lisa brings an element of warmth to Fleming, Cronmiller & Co. as she helps establish the CPA-client relationship. One of her main goals is to be a positive liason between the CPAs and the clients.

She has been with the firm since January 2002. Prior to that she worked for May Company/Robinson’s May for 18 years in customer service and as the Cash Office Manager. When not in the office, Lisa loves spending time with her husband of 25 years Roger, daughter
and son-in-law and four little dogs.

Melissa is our front office assistant. Don’t let the title fool you, without her assistance, the office would not run nearly as smoothly. She has earned a bachelors degree from the University of Southern California.

You will quickly find that she brings a wonderful caringness to the hectic business world. She has been with the firm since February 2006 and can guide you to the appropriate resource to handle your questions, often providing the answers directly.
